Nell was born on April 25, 1932 to the late Jacob David Harlow and Emma Elizabeth (Gilmer) Harlow.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Nell made her life as a homemaker, loved gardening and was an excellent cook. She was especially known for her homemade chocolate pies and dumplings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">In addition to her parents, Nell was predeceased in death by her husband of 55 years, Mr. Hollis Elton Rochelle; brothers, Joe Harlow and Mayhew Harlow; sisters, Eunice Scott, Julia Harvill and Emma France.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Those left to cherish her memory are her loving sons; Darrell (Sharon) Rochelle of Decaturville, Tennessee and Nicky (Robin) Rochelle also of Decaturville, Tennessee; grandchildren, Heather (Brett) Martin of Centerville; Clint (Ashley) Rochelle of Centerville; Shelly (Michael) Kontgias of Crossplains, Tennessee and Dustin Lewis of Duck River, Tennessee; greatgrandchildren, Jake &amp; Case Martin, Sloan, Avery &amp; Judd Rochelle, and Thomas &amp; Lindsey Lewis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">In Lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Campground Cemetery\u00a0 c\/o David &amp; Kathy Dick, 1662 Horse Branch Rd.
