She was born in Etheridge, TN on July 6, 1970, to the late Mack Moore and Delvene Moore. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her brother James Moore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Mrs. Lomax had a truly giving heart for not only her family and friends but also in her career working for home health. She was a great wife, mother, and friend that was loved by all that knew her. In her husband Claude\u2019s eyes, she was \u201cThe light and heart of his life\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">She enjoyed many things when she wasn\u2019t working from crafting and making signs, to fishing, and driving the back roads with her husband.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A graveside burial will take place on Tuesday June 20, 2023, at Whitehead Cemetery at Topsy at 2:00 pm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Michelle leaves behind her loving husband Claude Lomax; her children Codie Lomax, Mandy Heathery, Lexy Russell, and Alie Russell; siblings Doug (Vicki) Moore, and Kim (Ronnie) Hughes; as well as several nieces and nephews.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Adair Funeral &amp; Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the early evening hours of June 18, 2023, Mrs. Michelle Lomax peacefully passed from her earthly home with her loving family by her side.
