Ms. Shirley passed from this earthly home and was reunited with her husband on Saturday, March 25, 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00a0She was married to Leonard Ray \u201cGlen\u201d Talley on November 28, 1953, and they shared 65 wonderful years.\u00a0 Together they had twin daughters, Glenda and Brenda Talley.\u00a0 Shirley was above all a homemaker and a hardworking caregiver to both her husband and her family. The last twenty years of her husband\u2019s life she was is primary care provider. She worked in several factories in Hohenwald.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ms. Talley is survived by her twin daughters, Brenda and Glenda Talley. In addition to her husband and parents, Ms. Talley is preceded in death by her brothers Clyde, Claude, Carlton, Garland, Harlon, and sisters Ima, Irene, Jessie, Wyladean, and Louise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Visitation with the family will be from 11:00 AM &#8211; 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 in the Chapel of Adair Funeral Cremation Services with graveside services to follow at Milan Cemetery in Centerville, TN.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ms. Charlotte \u201cShirley\u201d Bates Talley was born September 2, 1933, the baby of eleven, to Nancy Radie Bates and William Dufford Bates.
