She is preceded in death by both of her parents and one brother, Daniel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Wanda leaves behind her husband of 54 years, Jim Polston. Wanda was a devout mother to three children, Carmen, Anna, and Karl. \u00a0Wanda and Jim have numerous grand, great grand and great-great grandchildren including Jagger, Naomi, Weston, and Jasper. Wanda enjoyed life as a homemaker, becoming like a second mother to many. Wanda was an avid gardener and quilter. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">She will be deeply missed but will always live on in their memories.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Per her wishes Mrs. Polston will be cremated, and the family will have a private memorial for her at a later date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to help offset the funeral cost.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Adair Funeral and Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wanda Lynn Polston passed away February 19th, 2023, in Hohenwald TN. \u00a0Wanda was born in Seattle, Washington on March 24th, 1950, to Wilbur and Radolia Yielding.
