{"id":10151,"date":"2022-05-19T18:39:23","date_gmt":"2022-05-19T22:39:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tngenweb.org\/lewis\/?p=10151"},"modified":"2022-05-19T18:39:23","modified_gmt":"2022-05-19T22:39:23","slug":"jones-terry-alan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tngenweb.org\/lewis\/jones-terry-alan\/","title":{"rendered":"Jones, Terry Alan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Terry Alan Jones, age 70, of Franklin, Tennessee passed away on May 10, 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Jones grew up in Hohenwald and attended Lewis County Schools.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">He served as a former Minister at Berry&#8217;s Chapel Church of Christ in Franklin, Southside Church of Christ in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, Fant Avenue Church of Christ in Holly Springs, Mississippi and Southwest Church of Christ in Jonesboro, Arkansas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Terry will be remembered for the numerous lives he touched throughout his years of ministry. His family was blessed through his time spent as a devoted husband, loving father and exceptional Pop Pop.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Preceded in death by, his parents, Dorothy Frances Schachte Jones and Robert William Jones, Jr; brothers, Randy and Bobby Jones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">He is survived by loving wife of 50 years, Kenda Baker Jones; sons, Adam (Theresa) Jones and Jerry Jones; daughter, Marie (Jason) Caskey; brothers, Larry &amp; Ricky Jones; sisters, Betty Holt and Lori Brewer of Hohenwald; grandchildren, Hayden and Allie Jones, McKenleigh, Rhys and Rory Caskey and James Jones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Celebration of Life service was held Monday, May 16, 2022, at Heritage Church of Christ in Franklin.
