Bernice Lee Staggs was born October 12, 1941 to the late Carson and Artie Elizabeth Fairchild Brown, and departed her earthly home May 12, 2022 at the age of 80. <\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, James “Jay” Staggs, granddaughter, Emily Armstrong, brothers, lErnest, Calvin and Lewis Brown, sisters, Maxine Caldwell, Ruth Brown, Leola Nix and Nell Olmsted.<\/span><\/p>\n

Survivors include daughters, Karen (Bryan) Lawson, Renee (James) Hill, grandchildren, Hannah McClellan, Katie (Blake) Graham, Faith (Hunter) Tanner, Logan Hill, great-grandchildren, Teague and Candace McClellan, and Hadley Graham, and a brother, James Brown.<\/span><\/p>\n

Memorial donations in memory of Mrs. Staggs may be made to the Alzheimers Association.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Visitation will be 15 May 2022 from 2:00 – 8:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County.\u00a0 Funeral Services will be held 16 May 2022 at 1:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County with burial to follow in Charles L\u00a0 Nickell Memorial Park Cemetery, Centerville, TN.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
