Wooding, George A, Jr
George Arthur Wooding, Jr. was born April 28, 1938, in New York to the late Agnes and George Arthur Wooding, Sr. and died November 8, 2020, at the age of 82 years.
Mr. Wooding is also preceded in death by his wife of 57 years Janice Roslyn Anderson Wooding and his brother Teddy Wooding. He is survived by his daughters Melanie Wooding of Nunnelly and Tami Wooding of Lewisburg and his son Andrew Wooding of Smyrna. Mr. Wooding is also survived by his sister Agnes Hillgardner of New York, his brother Robert Wooding of Hamptons, New York, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Mr. Wooding proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy. He loved to round and square dance, hunting in his younger years, watching John Wayne Westerns, the History Channel and NCIS, and loved his family greatly.
