Judith Stanley Wood was born on November 25, 1941 in Nashville, Tennessee and passed away on December 2, 2023 in Columbia, Tennessee. She was 82 years old.

She was preceded in death by her Mother Bonnie Thornburg, and grandparents Effie Tom Prince Thornburg and Harris Edwin Thornburg.

She is survived by her life partner of over 20 years Billy Joe Defur of Duck River. Along with many friends, and loved ones.

She enjoyed tending her flower beds, bird watching and taking care of her cats. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

There will be a memorial service held at a later date.
