A native of the Swan community in Hickman County, Mrs. Wilson was the widow of Albert Lee Wilson, and the daughter of the late Andrew Jackson “Rob” Simmons and Bertha Alexander Simmons. She was also preceded in death by sisters Floy Bates, Julia Reeves, Wilma Love, and Clara Moody; brothers Henry Simmons, Robert Simmons, Ray Simmons, Prentice Simmons, and Howard Simmons.

She leaves two daughters Juanita Wilson and Wanda Wilson both of Centerville, one sister-in-law Virginia Simmons of Waverly, and several nieces and nephews.
