Evelyn Ruth Whitehead, age 65, born May 5, 1940 in Hohenwald, TN, died June 7, 2005 at her residence in Summertown, Lawrence Co, TN.  The funeral will be held at: McDonald Funeral Home Inc, June 10, 2005 at 1:00 PM.  The officiating clergy will be Walter Lester.  Burial will take place June 10, 2005 in the Milam Cemetery, Centerville, Hickman Co, TN.  Visitation will be June 9, 2005 at 12:00 PM.  Survivors include her husband, Woodrow Whitehead;  son, Mark Whitehead;  daughter, Tammi Bolden;  sister, Elizabeth Tibbs;  grandsons, Daniel Wayne Scott Whitehead, Mark Allen Whitehead, James Elvin Whitehead, and Mark William Demrest, Jr.;  granddaughters, Heather Chantel Demrest and Laura Ann Whitehead.  Preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Mavis (Campbell) Hinson.
