Janice Kay Warren, of Lyles, Tennessee, passed away March 15, 2022, at St. Thomas Hickman Nursing Home in Centerville at the age of 69 years. Janice was born in Lyles on July 17, 1952, to the late Frank and Alice McCord Sullivan.

Janice is survived by her sisters, Pam (Jim) Rice of Centerville, Connie Sullivan of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and Rita (Larry) Hayes of Gallatin, Tennessee.

In addition to her parents, Janice was preceded in death by her brothers, Ronnie Sullivan and Steve Sullivan.

It was Janice’s wishes to not have a service. She requested for those wishing to honor and remember her, to consider making a donation to an organization near and dear to her heart.
