Patricia Ann van Bergen was born August 29,1946, in Oakland, California to the late Samuel Loraine and Joseph Cecelia Sparacio Vest. Mrs. van Bergen died March 28, 2021, in Centerville, Tennessee, at the age of 74 years.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Dana van Bergen and her mother-in-law, Armida van Bergen.

Mrs. van Bergen is survived by son, Shaun van Bergen and his wife Ruth, daughter, Cecelia Miller and her husband, Colin, and sister-in-law, Cindie Martiny and her husband Kenneth.
