Vance A Turner was born June 26, 1952 in Nashville, TN to the late Tommy and Mary Edwards Turner, and departed this life on September 12, 2023 at the age of 71, surrounded by those he loved.

He is survived by his companion Phyllis Taylor, her daughters Angelia Holliday and Lynn Taylor, as well as 2 grandchildren.

Mr. Turner was retired from Turney Center and a member of the Lobelville Baptist Church.

His wishes were to be cremated, with a memorial service to be held at a later date at the Lobelville Baptist Church.
