Ransom Layne Turner, precious baby boy of Salem Nichole Hickman and the Late Cody Jose McKenzie Blake Turner was born November 26, 2020 and peacefully passed in the arms of his family on December 17, 2020 at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville, TN.  Along with his father, he was preceded in death by great-great grandparents, Hervie and Susie Mosley, and a cousin, Billy Bob Hickman.

Layne leaves behind to cherish his precious memory his mother, Salem Nichole Hickman; grandmother, Brandy Hickman, Grandfather, Kirk Winkley; aunts, Erica Winkley and Chloe Winkley; great grandparents, Dorothy and Terry Pierce; great grandmother, Linda Keeton, great-aunts and uncles, Lisa Pierce and James Johnson, Bobby and Michelle Hickman, Debra and Misty Hickman; special aunts and uncles, Kelly and Tommy Clarkk, and Jacklyn Lay; godfather, Ronnie Burlison and several cousins. 

Visitation with family and friends will be held Monday, December 28, 2020 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM in the Adair Funeral Home chapel and again on Tuesday, December 29t, 2020 from 12:00 PM until time of service. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 pm with burial to follow at Napier Cemetery, Hohenwald, TN.
