Kenneth Turnbow was born in Hohenwald, TN on September 27, 1941 to the late Thomas and Bulah (Staggs) Turnbow, Jr. He died October 27, 2009. 

He worked in County Government in Lewis County, the last position he held was County Mayor.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Patsy Turnbow.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret Sue (England) Turnbow of Hohenwald, one son, Duke Turnbow of Hohenwald, one daughter, Duchess Starbuck of Linden, TN., three sisters; Barbara Clayton and Glenda Harris both of Hohenwald and Leah Graves of Hampshire, TN., also one grandson, Chase Parker and one granddaughter, Skye Parker.
