Trimmer, Steven Wayne
Steven Wayne Trimmer was born on September 21, 1978, in San Dimas, California, and passed away at the age of 46 in Hohenwald, Tennessee, on November 14, 2024. He was a long-time Lansing, Michigan resident and a Perry High School graduate of 1996. Steven was known for his culinary skills, working as a cook at some of Hohenwald’s favorites including Junkyard Dog, Hank’s, and Lewis and Clarke’s. He was a true music enthusiast, teaching himself to play piano, flute, drums, and guitar. He was also known for his wit and intelligence, Steven infused humor and joy into the lives around him.
Steven is survived by his father, Wayne Trimmer of Spanaway, WA, his mother, Karen Trimmer of Hohenwald; his children Andrew Trimmer of Michigan, Zachary (DasheRae) Trimmer of Washington, Aeries Arbor, and Sophia Trimmer of Michigan; his sister-of-the-heart, Tami Hall; as well as many aunt, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
In his final moments and on his terms, Steven chose to pass peacefully at home. He will be fondly remembered for his generous spirit along with the humor and harmony he brought to the world.
