Joyce Marie Tidwell of Lyles, Tennessee, was born December 10, 1951, to the late Tillman Monroe Tyler and Avery Lee Haskins. Joyce passed away November 17, 2025, in Dickson, Tennessee, at the age of 73.

In addition to her parents, Joyce is also preceded in death by her sister Barbara Fay Winters, brothers, Samuel “Monore” Tyler, Jimmy Dale Tyler, William James Tyler, and grandson, Justin Tidwell.

Joyce is survived by her sons, Eugene (Jennifer) Tidwell, Jeffrey (Mary) Tidwell, Dean (Kim) Tidwell, James (Tonya) Tidwell, brothers, Bobby Ray Tyler and John Tyler, grandsons, Chris Tidwell and Drake Tidwell, granddaughters, Brittany Jones, Skylar Tidwell, Kera Tidwell, Jasmine Tidwell, Jayden Tidwell and several great grandkids.

In keeping with Joyce’s wishes, she will be cremated, and no services are scheduled at this time.
