Timothy Scott Thornton, age 61, died July 20, 2022, at his home in Nunnelly, Tennessee. He was born July 25, 1960, in Birmingham, Alabama, to the late Buford Thornton and Margie Potts Hooper.

Mr. Thornton is survived by his sons, Justin Scott Thornton and Travis Ryan (Kelsey) Thornton, his sister, Teresa Latham and his grandson, Phoenix Thornton.
