Willie Joe Taylor, Jr was born April 3, 2002  in Bakersfield, California to parents Casey and Willie Taylor and passed away August 24, 2022.

Willie was a very loving and bright young man. He had a heart of pure gold and always put everyone before himself. He was the best son, brother, and uncle anyone could ask for his family meant everything to him.

Willie loved hanging out with his friends, and still acted like a kid 99% of the time no matter his age and no matter who he was around. He was a very outgoing and adventurous man who loved being outdoors with family and friends whether it be camping, fishing, or just hanging out by the bonfire.

He was an amazing football player, who loved being on the field, those were his most memorable moments during high school. Willie loved driving fast and going down back roads. He especially loved his red mustang, whom he named Shelby, she was his pride and joy. Willie was also an avid video gamer who spent many hours playing online with people all over. Willie will be greatly missed by so many people.

Willie passed away in his home on August 24, 2022 sleeping peacefully in his father’s arms surrounded by a few family members.

Visitation with the family will be 3 September 2022 from 10:00 – 3:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County with a Celebration of Life to follow at 3:00 PM.
