Jonathan Bradley Tate was born on Oct. 23, 1985 in Dickson, TN to the late Ronald and Carrie Warren Tate, and departed this life on January 7, 2023 at the age of 37.

Survivors include his wife Tosha Richardson Tate, a son Keelan Tate, and a brother Ryan Tate, along with many other relatives and friends.
