Ms. Gwendolyn Rose Tanner unexpectedly passed away on August 23, 2022, in Nashville, TN at the age of 65.  She was born in Lewis County on August 2, 1957, to Mr. Willie Leon Cogdill and Mrs. Margaret Van Halfacre.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday September 8, 2022, beginning at 2:00 pm at Beech Grove Cemetery in Pleasantville, TN.
