Burial will take place August 21, 2004 in the Downey Cemetery, Hohenwald, TN. Visitation will be Friday, August 20, 2004 at 4:30 PM. Survivors include his wife, Mary Elizabeth (Phillips) Talley; son, Michael Talley; daughters, Alicia (George) Frogge & Tammy (Josh) Brown; brother, Paul Talley; Granddaughters, Miranda Frogge & Sara Elizabeth Brown. Preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Jones and Mattie Lou (Harris) Talley.
