Mr. Charles Thomas Talley, passed away on Friday, December 30, 2023 at the age of 80. Mr. Talley is survived by his wife, Mrs. Joan Talley, sons, Eric (Dawn) Talley, and Adam Talley; daughter of the heart, Joyce Richardson, brother, Fred (Karen) Talley, sisters, Marian (Jim) Sloan, Brenda Helenjaris, Peggy (Billy) Potts, Carmie (Jerry) Floyd; three grandchildren,  Franki DeBernardis Talley, Harli Talley & Ryder Tori) Talley.

Mr. Talley is preceded in death by his father, Samuel Talley, mother, Helen (Casteel) Talley, brothers, Dwayne Talley and Don Talley, and sisters, Margaret Bullion and Wanda Epley.

Visitation with the family will be held in the chapel of McDonald Funeral Home – Lewis County on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM.  Visitation will also be held January 4, 2023 from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM at Blondy Church of God with Funeral Services to follow at 2:00 PM.  Burial with Military Honors will follow in the Talley Cemetery.
