Brother Willie Frank Kittrell Sparkman was born May 30, 1949 in Hampshire to the late Richard Gibson Sparkman and Susie Mae Smith Sparkman. He entered into eternal rest on Friday, September 2, 2021 at Maury Regional Medical Center. Willie professed a hope in Christ and united with Hampshire United Baptist Church.
