Opal Ruth Staggs, known to many as “Nanya”, was born at Hurricane Mills, Tennessee, and was raised in Illinois and Hickman County, Tennessee. She leaves her son, Mike Staggs of Centerville, granddaughters, Keaton Morrissey and Rachel Staggs and her great-grandchild, Weston McCaleb.
