William Roscoe Frazier, age 93, of Hohenwald, died Thursday, October 30, 2003, at Baptist-Hickman Nursing Center in Centerville. Funeral services are Sunday at 1:30 PM in the funeral home chapel . Jimmy Garner will officiate. Burial will follow in the Walnut Grove Cemetery in Waynesboro. Survivors include his daughter, Lucille Wiley of Duck River, two sons, Eddie Frazier of Hohenwald…
