Deborah Kay Sullivan-Garrett, of Nashville, was born July 20, 1960, in Dickson, Tennessee, to the late Billy Paul Allen and Martha Elizabeth Gordon Goins and died January 14, 2023, at Alive Hospice in Nashville.

In addition to her parents, Debbie was preceded in death by her husband, Brian Garrett, her sister, Kathryn Lee Yates, and her brothers, Jeffery Neal Allen and Jackie Dale Allen.

Debbie is survived by her step-sons, Richard (Landsey) Garrett and David (Chevy) Garrett, her nieces, Jenny (Ceneka Shaw) Luster and Jill (Randy) Moss, 10 great nieces and nephews, and 1 great-great niece.

Visitation with the family will be 17 Jan 2023 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County,  Graveside Services will follow at 2:00 PM at Wrigley Cemetery, Lyles, TN.
