Though Edna may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Edna leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie E. Cates and Estella McNabb Cates; her husband Roy Wiley Stills, Jr.; and her brothers, Van Franklin Cates and William Cates.
She is survived by: her son Roy “Sam” Wiley Stills, III of Hohenwald; and her siblings, James “Buddy” Cates of Hampshire, Dorothy Carroll of Columbia, Amy Betsy Runions of Hampshire, Katie Cates of Hampshire and Francis Runions (Larry) of Mt. Pleasant.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Heritage Funeral Home in Columbia. A memorial service followed at 4:00 p.m. at the same location.
