She was born March 22, 1917 in Hohenwald, TN. She is preceded in death by her husband, Eulis Staggs; parents, James and Sally (Adkins) Brown; adoptive parents, Frank & Florence Brown; daughter, Rebecca Fay Gray; brothers, Odie and Finley Brown; sister, Marie Deavers.
