Carleen Emelia Staggs was born on February 19, 1928 in Hohenwald, TN and passed away peacefully at her home in Hohenwald on February 7, 2021.     

She was a descendent of the early German and Swiss settlers Karl Wolf and Bertha Porter Wolf. She retired from Uniroyal Chemical Company in Elwood, IL before moving back to Hohenwald.     

She was preceded in death by her husband Richard F. Staggs. Survivors include a sister, Ruby Woods (Jerry), 2 nephews, numerous cousins and many friends.     

Graveside services were provided by McDonald Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 10 in the Swiss Cemetery with Jim Lewis officiating.
