Mr. Spahr is the son of the late Harold Lee and Ruthy Mae Anderson Spahr. He is also preceded in death by his sisters Dorothy Cunningham, Katie Brown, and Nellie Hawkins, brother Raymond Spahr.

Mr. Spahr is survived by his wife Patricia Stone, son Kevin (Melissa) Spahr, daughter Dana (Shane) Davis, sister Francis Mathis, grandchildren Matt, Kyle, Tenley, Heath, and K’Lee.

Mr. Spahr was a member of the Masonic Lodge and was also a member of the Hickman County Rescue Squad.
