On April 22, 2023, just three days shy of his 76th birthday, Mr. Clayburn Clinton Smith Jr. passed away at his Hohenwald home. He was born in Hohenwald, TN on April 25, 1947, to Clayburn C. Smith Sr. and Mrs. Eleanor Estelle Francis Shopee. He was also preceded in death by his brother Fred Smith.

Mr. Smith is survived by his brother Carl (Mary) Smith, Alias Smith, and Joe (Patricia) Smith.

Per Mr. Smiths wishes no services will be conducted. Adair Funeral & Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements.
