Beverly Joan Smith was born on November 28, 1953, and passed away on June 22, 2025, at the age of 71.

Mrs. Smith is the daughter of the late Leslie “Shoab” Welch and Eula Tidwell Baker. She is also preceded in death by her husband Jeff Smith, brother Billy Welch, sister Norma Jean Baker, sister Betty Faye Gatlin, and her dog Freckles.

Mrs. Smith leaves behind to cherish her memory daughters Laurie Copley and Lesa Sanchez, sons Jeffrey Smith and Ryan Smith, 17 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, numerous great great grandchildren and her fur baby Mugsy.

Mrs. Smith was an avid wrestling fan and a fan of soap operas. She loved to shop until she dropped or whoever was with her dropped. She loved to dance and loved her family even her unofficially adopted daughters. Her life was full of fun and laughter and she will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
