Eddie Sisco of Columbia, passed from this life to another on Tuesday, September 16th, 2025, at the age of 48. Eddie was born on November 23, 1976, to Mike and Dorine Sisco in Martin, Tennessee.

Eddie was an excellent junior golfer, winning many tournaments in Atlanta and the surrounding area, plus the local Hohenwald Golf Junior Club Championship in ’89 and ’91. His golf career was cut short by an automobile accident in 1993 when he suffered a severe traumatic brain injury. He completed high school in Roswell, Georgia, with the help and support of many teachers and aides.

Eddie was liked by all who met him and felt his warm and fun personality. His smile was infectious and heartfelt. He loved music and sang the words freely and uninhibited.

Eddie is survived by his Dad, Mike of Columbia, and a tremendous number of beloved friends and extended family.

Services were held on September 22, 2025, in Hohenwald. He was laid to rest in Graves Cemetery, a peaceful part of Sinking Creek where his Mom’s Mother, Aunts and Uncles grew up.
