Sharp, Denise
Denise Sharp, born August 8, 1954, a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully at her home on January 1, 2025.
Denise is survived by her loving children, Staci (Travis) King and Mason (Kala) Sharp; her cherished grandchildren, Ciara (Nathan) Henley, Chloe Lay, Brexton Lay, Kyzer Cross, and Kendrick Cross; and her treasured great-grandchild, Blaine Bowen. Denise dedicated her life to supporting her children and grandchildren, always providing everything she could to ensure their happiness and well-being. Her love, generosity, and unwavering devotion were the foundation of her family’s strength.
She worked for many years at Johnson Controls in Linden, Tennessee, where she took pride in her work and the friendships she made. Denise also pursued her passion for breeding dogs, which brought her great joy and a sense of purpose.
She loved tending to her yard, creating a beautiful and peaceful space that reflected her vibrant spirit and attention to detail. Christmas was her favorite time of year, and she brought magic and warmth to the season, making it a time of joy and togetherness for her family.
Per Denise’s wishes, there will be no service or celebration of life. She will be cremated, and her family will honor her memory by continuing to cherish the love, traditions, and values she instilled in their lives.
Denise’s legacy of hard work, love, and selflessness will live on in the hearts of her family and all who were fortunate to know her. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
