On the morning of August 12, 2021 Mr. Jerry Lewis Scott passed away at Maury Regional Medical Center at the age of 80.  He was born in Hickman County on November 10, 1946 to the late Boyd and Lucinda Ophelia Gordon Scott. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his loving wife Mrs. Linda Joyce Scott just two years prior.

Mr. Scott is survived by his daughters Sonya Crowell (Phillip) and Kelley Gay (Chris), and grandchildren Justin Crowell, Quinten Crowell (Sara Beth), Brayden Armstrong, and Layla Gay.

A memorial service will be planned at a later date. Adair Funeral & Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements.
