Phillip Neal Russell was born in West Virginia on December 26, 1961 to David Bart and Betty Ann Lovejoy Russell. He entered into rest on March 27, 2022 at the age of 60. Phillip is predeceased by his parents and granddaughter, Arabella Thomas.

Phillip worked in the construction industry for many years as a laborer.

He is survived by his significant other, Sherry Smith, daughters Brooke Russell, Brianna Russell, Lindsey Russell and Monica Hesse, sisters, Dreama Pitts, Sandra Lunsford, and Rebecca Bodian, brothers, David Russell and Benjamin Russell, granddaughters, Hailey Glock, Abygail Glock and Adalyn Jenkins, grandsons, Erik James Smith-Coon, Andrew Glock, Ezekiel Thomas and Connor Bean.

Visitation with the family will be 31 March 2022 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman Coumty.  Funeral Services will be held 1 April 2022 at 2:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County with burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Centerville, TN.
