Margie Marie Emler Rushton was born on October 23, 1937 in Hampshire, TN to the late Haley and Elizabeth Gibson Emler. She entered into eternal rest on November 18, 2022.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Ruston was preceded in death by her husband, Doyle Rushton, grandson, Joshua Rushton and eight siblings.

She is survived by her sons, Ted (Ranee) Gilbert, Wayne (Carol) Gilbert and John Rushton. Brothers, Kenneth (Linda) Emler, Randall (Mary Ann) Emler and sister, Melba (Johnny) Halbrooks.

She was a cosmetologist for many years prior to retirement. 

Visitation with the family will be 20 Nov 2022 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County.  Funeral Services will be 21 Nov 2022 from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman Coounty with burial to follow at Chessor Cemetery.
