Joseph Edward Ruley passed away on October 13, 2023, at AHC Lewis County.

He was born on October 20, 1943, in Monrovia, California to the late Carl Edward Ruley and Patricia Jean (Gordon) Ruley.

He was an Army veteran and a retired hospital administrator.

He is survived by his brother, Jack Ruley; sister-in-law, Michele Ruley; nieces, Tiffany Fernandez, Jennifrer Ruley, and Amanda Ruley.

In addition to his parents, Carl and Patricia Ruley, he was preceded in death by his niece, Allison Ruley.

Mr. Ruley was laid to rest alongside fellow veterans at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, Nashville, TN.
