Charles V. Roder, age 69, born April 17, 1935 in Hickman Co., TN, died July 5, 2004 at Maury Regional Hospital, Columbia, TN. The funeral will be held at: McDonald Funeral Home Inc, July 7, 2004 at 3:00 PM. The officiating clergy will be Elvis Williams. Burial will take place July 7, 2004 in the Downey Cemetery, Hohenwald, TN. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 6, 2004 at 3:30PM. Mr. Roder was retired from the National Guard. Survivors include wife, Agnes (Hinson) Roder; son, James Bruce Roder; daughter, Jeretta Michelle Lindquist; Stepsons, Johnny Hinson and Jeff Edwards; stepdaughter, Kay Barnes; brother, Bobby Roder; sister, Jean Krikorian; 11 Grandchildren; 7 Great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, James B. and Linnie (Murphy) Roder, and his son, John Wayne Roder.
