William Huey Roberson, Nashville, died Thursday, August 8, 2002 at Centennial Medical Center. Funeral Services were held Sunday, August 11 at 1:00 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home with Gerald McCann officiating. Burial was in the Swiss Cemetery. Mr. Roberson, 71, was the son of the late William and Pearl Staggs Roberson. He was born April 28, 1931 in Wayne County. He was formerly employed as a construction worker on the Natchez Trace parkway. Survivors include his wife, Shirley Ann Staggs Roberson of Nashville; two sons, Ricky Roberson of Hohenwald, and David Quillen of San Antonio, Texas; a daughter, Lisa Harlow, of Nashville; two brothers, Melvin and Jerry Paul Roberson of Hohenwald; a sister, Jane Simmons of Hohenwald; and four grandchildren.
