Frances Gail Renfro, age 76, of Ethridge, passed away Friday, May 16, 2025, at her residence. She was a native of Lawrence County, retired from Murray Ohio, a member of Noah’s Ark Widows Ministry, and Ethridge United Methodist Church.

She is survived by one son, Dale Renfro (Lura) of Summertown, TN; one daughter, Rhonda Brown (Eddie) of Ethridge, TN; two sisters, Betty Jean Staggs and Pat McDonald (David), both of Summertown, TN; one brother, Randall “Fat Boy” Favors of Summertown, TN; fifteen grandchildren, Derek Green, Tristan Bennett, Abby Bennett, Lexi Brown, Logan Brown, Jordan Renfro, Chloe Renfro, Amy Reynolds (Ryan), Nikkie Givens (Jamie), T. J. McCandless (Jennifer), Jasmine Nicome, Nathan McCandless, Scarlett McCandless, Lorralei McCandless, and Matthew McCandless; special great-grandchild, Remi Hunt; and several other great-grandchildren. Those serving as pallbearers are Davaid Workman, John Kelton, Jason Favors, Scott Cliff, Jeff Renfro, and Art McCormack.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, Lawrenceburg.

Funeral services were conducted at Neal Funeral Home Tuesday, May 20, 2025, with Bobby Gobble officiating. Interment followed at Ethridge Masonic Cemetery in Ethridge.

The family suggests memorials be made to Ethridge United Methodist Church or the American Cancer Society.
