Anna Lizak Qualls, 87, a resident of Kittrell Street in Hohenwald, passed away Thursday, February 10, 2011 at the Lewis County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born June 4, 1923 in Monclo, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Elizabeth Bok Lizak and the wife of the late Elvis Qualls. She was a homemaker and a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Hohenwald. Mrs. Qualls is survived by her daughter Patricia Zervas of Hohenwald; four sons, David Qualls of Murphy, North Carolina, Edward Qualls of Dunnellon, Florida, Glen Qualls of Dearborn, Florida and Phillip Qualls of Cape Coral, Florida. A Celebration of Life service for Mrs. Qualls were held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 26, 2011 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Hohenwald with Allen Qualls officiating. Williams Funeral Home of Columbia assisted the family with arrangements.
