Ava Ann Cross Blackwood Provance Age 80, born December 28, 1938, Tuscumbia AL to John D. and Lydia Ava Rinks Cross, died Sunday, March 24, 2019 at Lewis Co. Nursing & Rehab Center.

Survivors include her daughters, Cythia Blackwood Collison (George) of Hohenwald, TN and  Carla Blackwood Thomas of Nashville, TN; grandson, Mickey Ray Mohrmann of Columbia, TN and granddaughter, Katelyn Collison Powers (Jared) of Hohenwald, TN.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John D. Cross and Lydia Ava Rinks Cross  and her sister, Dorothy Cross Birdsong.

Visitation will be Monday, March 25, 2019 , 11:00 AM at McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. The funeral will be held at McDonald Funeral Home – Lewis County. Monday, March 25, 2019 at 1:00 PM with Jared Powers officiating. Burial will take place Monday, March 25, 2019 in the Lomax Cemetery, Hohenwald, TN.
