Frances Lea Price was born on January 30, 1950 in Simpson County, KY to the late Dorothy Poole and Atha Kie. She passed away on March 17, 2021 at the age of 71.

In addition to her parents, Frances is preceded in death by her sisters, Emma, Janice, and Dorothy; and brothers, Wayne, Charles, and Larry. She is survived by her sons, Jeremy Price (Leslie) and James Prices; stepdaughters, Tina Price and Shelly Price; brothers, Jimmy Kie and Kenneth Kie; as well as five grandchildren.

A memorial visitation is to be scheduled at a later date.
