Deborah Ann Powers was born on May 15,1960 in Highland Park, Michigan to Bill & Emily Bradford. At the age of 16, along with her family, she moved to Tennessee. She attended Hickman County High School. At the age of 21, she got married to Roy Truman Powers. Roy and Debi had two children Mason and Haley. They were married for 37 years.

She is survived by her two children Mason (Lauren) Powers and Haley Powers, her mother Emily Bradford, Six siblings Wayne (Theresa) Bradford, Wally Bradford, Dave (Jean) Bradford, Rose Bradford (Stan), Billy (Connie) Bradford, Danny Bradford, Two grandchildren Jada Flippin and Echo Brown. Her two best friends Sherry (Evan) Bennett and Gloria (Ronnie) Breece & several relatives.

She is preceded in death by her father Bill Bradford. Her brother Ronnie Bradford. And her loving husband Roy Powers.
