Emma Carlene Pollock, age 88, born December 29, 1916 in Riverside, TN, died April 19, 2005 at Lewis County Manor, Hohenwald, TN. The funeral will be held at: McDonald Funeral Home Inc, April 21, 2005 at 11:00 AM. The officiating clergy will be King McCarver, Artie Collins & Sid Dye. Burial will take place April 21, 2005 in the Swiss Cemetery, Hohenwald, TN. Visitation will be Thursday 3:30 PM. Survivors include daughters, Wilda (Frank) Lawson, Ernestine (Arelus) Dye, and Gerry Lee (Jack) Mills,; sister, Hettie Anderson; Special Friend, Lonnie “Chick” (Janie) Bates; sisters-in-law, Mary Johnson, Mary Lee Spann, and Margaret Spann; 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Sidney Pollock and parents, James Odell and Emma Jane (Voorhies) Spann.
