Michael Ray Plunkett was born in Madison, Tennessee, on July 27, 1963, to Nellie Hassell Pewitt and the late Harden Daniel Plunkett and died February 25, 2021, at the age of 57 years.

In addition to his mother Nellie and her husband Leland, Michael is survived by his sons Michael (Julie Simmons) Leach, Matthew Leach, and Joey Leach, sisters Brenda (Todd Stanton) Butterworth, Diane (Roger) Odom, Linda Clark, Sheila (Rick) Coble, Rhonda Clark, and two grandchildren.

Visitation will be 28 February 2021 from 3:00 PM – to 7:00 PM  and 1 March 2021 from 3:00 PM to 7:oo PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman Co.  Funeral Services will be 2 March 2021 at 2:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County.  Burial will follow at Hilltop Cemetery, Centerville, TN.
