Brenda Sue Pitman, 67 of Nunnelly, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday February 23, 2023 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. She was born on May 23, 1955 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Henry Lewis Pitman and Peggy Joyce Hooper-Pitman.

Brenda was known to most as “BB” and had worked most of her life as an Administrative Secretary for the government. Brenda attended the Defeated Creek Church of Christ in Nunnelly, Tennessee.

Brenda is preceded in death by her parents.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her brothers Ronny (Donna) Pitman of Centerville, and Randy (Dianna) Pitman of Centerville, and sister Kim (Doug) Totty also of Centerville.  Along with a host of nieces and nephews whom she loved as if they were her own. Niece, Stephanie Pitman of Centerville, Niece, Amanda (Mark) Phillips of Smyrna, Nephew, Caleb (Tara) Pitman;  great nieces and nephews, Ashtyn, Ruger, Keith, Cory, Tabitha, John, Skyler, Logan, Calleigh, Conner, Madison Phillips, Jake, Trent, CJ, Grayson, Chase, Ryder, Brynnlee and godson, Logan Surline.

Visitation with the family will be 26 Feb 2023 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County.  Graveside Services will be held 27 Feb 2023 at 11:00 AM at McDonald Funeral Home – HIckman County with burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Centerville, TN.
