Mrs. Elizabeth Viola (Campbell) Phillips of Hohenwald, TN, passed away on Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at AHC Lewis County.

She was born in Kannapolis, NC, on April 18, 1930, to James Anderson Campbell and Esther Pauline Hartsell. She worked as an officer at the bank for many years before retiring.

She is survived by her daughters, Teresa (Doil) Hinson of Hohenwald, TN, and Robin Cox of Jacksonville, FL; step-daughters, Scherry Ashbaugh and Susan Wright of North Carolina; one sister, Betty Cochran; and several grandchildren.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Edward Phillips, a brother, Jimmy Rayvon Campbell, and one sister, Betty Cochran.

Funeral services will be held in Jacksonville, FL, in the coming weeks
